What we keep
We keep the tool used, the assistant, how long it took, whether it worked, and your account id (or the assistant’s anonymous id when you aren’t signed in), for 30 days. We don’t keep your conversation or your prompts. What you make through an assistant is kept like anything you make on withby.ai, and deleted with your account.
How to disconnect
Email [email protected], or remove WithBy in the assistant’s own settings. Deleting your WithBy account disconnects every assistant.
