Withby is a voice companion for driving, made by Yojowa, LLC ("we"). These terms cover withby.ai and the Withby apps. By using Withby you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
Withby talks; it does not drive. Keep your eyes on the road and obey traffic laws. Do not look at or touch your phone while the vehicle is moving unless it is safe and legal where you are. Set a destination before you leave, or have a passenger do it.
Withby is not a navigation system and not a safety system. Road conditions, closures, traffic, weather, distances and times it mentions come from public and third-party sources and can be late, incomplete or wrong. Always trust road signs, signals and what you see over anything Withby says.
Withby uses AI models to choose and phrase what it tells you. It can be mistaken about places, history, businesses and opening hours. Treat it as conversation, not as advice, and check anything that matters before you rely on it.
You can use parts of Withby without an account. If you create one, keep your sign-in to yourself, and tell us at [email protected] if you think someone else is using it. You must be old enough to hold a driver's licence where you live, or be a passenger with a driver who agrees to these terms.
You can delete your account at any time; see how to delete your account. What we collect and keep is described in what we collect.
Do not misuse the service: no attempts to break or overload it, to get at other people's data, to scrape it at scale, or to use it for anything unlawful. Free use has daily limits, and we may change them. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.
The pages, stories, audio and design of Withby belong to us or to the people we license them from. You may share links and quote small parts with credit. Map and road data come from their providers under their own terms.
Withby is provided as it is, and as available. We work to keep it running and accurate, but we do not promise that it will always be available, error-free, or right. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for anything that results from relying on what Withby says while driving. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that the law does not allow to be limited.
We may update these terms. When we do, we change the date at the top, and for a material change we will tell signed-in users in the app or by email before it applies. Continuing to use Withby after that means you accept the new terms.
